  The announcement of the "Listening Session" by the California Department of Social Services said that "IHSS is one of the four main focuses of the Long-Term Services and Supports Subcommittee. These listening sessions will give IHSS recipients, providers and other stakeholders an opportunity to discuss sustainability strategies and IHSS program enhancements. These ideas will then be shared with the LTSS [Long Term Services and Supports] subcommittee."
